We use the most advanced casting process, sol solvent casting process. Casting wax is mainly used from USA. Other related materials are Australia zircon sand and silica sol binder. Precision castings basically eliminate the porosity, blisters and other casting defects. Surface finish can reach Ra6.3-1.6, with dimensional accuracy up to CT4-6. The stability is fine. Less machining process helps to reduce the machining cost. We gain an advantage in producing complex 'small and fine 'shaped parts.
